The Odyssey of getting to know you by Peter Vinton

This is the title that gave its name to the series. In “Odyssey” Peter Vinton shares with us the exciting discoveries that lie in wait for us when we meet someone new and special in whom we have a love interest. He takes us through an emotional journey which can often have dramatic ups and downs. Through the joyful message of his inspirational writing Peter Vinton reaches out to everyone who has ever walked this journey of discovery of a loved one. Let his inspirational messages of love and sharing lift you up to a higher plane.

This was an interesting but very calming read for me. It’s not long; but it certainly leaves a lasting impression on the reader. When I was contacted to review this book I was told that it was part of a new genre knows as Emotiverse. From reading the book it is short verses that are rather powerful – similar to poetry but not quite the same. When I think about it – it truly is a genre all on its own.

The book was very sweet and it’s certainly one that I would love to receive from a loved one as a show of love. Although I initially rated this book as a 3/5 stars – while writing my review I actually reconsidered my rating and changed it to 4/5 stars because it had a bigger impact on me than I thought it could being so short. I think that is its true power however – the fact that it isn’t long but certainly pulls at the heart strings.

I would recommend this book as a gift to someone you truly love.
